Complete the assessment form and upload photographs of the inverter, existing battery where applicable, electricity meter and consumer unit.
Step 2: We Check Compatibility
We identify the equipment and assess whether a battery can connect to the existing inverter, whether an AC-coupled system is more suitable, or whether an inverter upgrade should be considered.
Step 3: We Look at Your Energy Use
A battery should be sized around how electricity is generated and used. We review available bills, app data, export levels, tariff information and future loads such as an EV or heat pump.
Step 4: You Receive a Recommendation
We explain the proposed system, battery capacity, installation route, monitoring, limitations and price. Where additional site information is required, we arrange a survey.
Step 5: Installation
The battery, inverter, meters, controls, cabling and protection are installed or modified as agreed. Work is completed by appropriately qualified personnel.
Step 6: Configuration and Commissioning
We configure operating settings, test charging and discharging, confirm monitoring and complete the required handover and documentation.
Step 7: Start Using Stored Energy
We show you the monitoring app and explain the basic operating strategy. Settings may be adjusted later as usage or electricity tariffs change.
